HotHouse: Women's leadership retreat

Go on a journey to become a more effective and authentic leader and change-agent.

What is it?

Our only all-female four-night immersive journey into the natural world and back to who you truly are.

The Women's Leadership Retreat follows the same structure and content as our signature programme, the Nature Of Leadership.

Expect to be expertly guided through themes such as transformation; connection to self, others, and nature; personal values; and deep introspection via exclusive access to the Rainforest Biome, a trip to the beach, walks in the woods, time alone in nature, open discussion, delicious vegetarian food, and your own room in our on-site accommodation.

Who's it for?

Wildly courageous female pioneers who seek to harness their innate personal power to catalyse regenerative transformation within their spheres of influence and beyond.

Why do it?

Women have been pitted against each other as competition for decades, if not centuries. Divided we are weak, together we are strong. This programme offers the opportunity to gather with other likeminded women on the precipice of change, giving you the chance to experience what authentic female ally-ship looks and feels like, all while unearthing your truest nature, surrounded by the beauty and wonder of the natural world.
