At Eden our paramount concern has always been the safety, health and wellbeing of our staff and guests – the coronavirus pandemic means this has never been more important.
While we had hoped to be able to continue access to our gardens and outdoor spaces, the latest Government advice means that this has become increasingly difficult to achieve.
We are sure that you will understand why we have to close in these unprecedented times. We look forward to welcoming visitors again when we can safely re-open.
During this difficult time, connection with nature has never been more important to help support everyone’s wellbeing.
Although our Biomes and gardens are temporarily closed, we plan to stay open in other ways, across our website www.edenproject.com, by email newsletters, and by social media channels including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram.
We will continue to share beautiful content from our gardens, encourage you to keep engaged with fascinating resources on gardening, sustainability, art and nature, and explore new ways to connect safely with each other.
We recently announced a Community Action Response to encourage everyone to do what they can to support their communities, in particular vulnerable and isolated people during the pandemic.
This was launched by Eden Project Communities with partners The National Lottery Community Fund, Nextdoor, Neighbourhood Watch, Campaign to End Loneliness and Eco Attractions Group.
