Biodiversity Net Gain: information for buyers of BNG units

Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) is a legal requirement for new developments, and we are here to help – offering developers a straightforward and rewarding way to deliver BNG requirements.

Incorporating BNG into development designs creates better places to live, and investing in offsets can contribute to strategic landscape-scale nature recovery regionally and nationally. 

Developers that incorporate BNG into their developments will create better places to live and work for everyone. Wildflowers will bring colour and texture to a landscape as well as provide habitats that support the lifecycles of wildlife that rely on them for food and shelter.

What we offer

We can create or enhance habitats to satisfy Biodiversity Net Gain requirements as part of development design and delivery, including embedding wildflower-rich grassland as green infrastructure.

For off-site BNG requirements, we are offering BNG units created from the establishment of stunning landscape-scale wildflower-rich habitats featuring species that were once commonplace for our ancestors but are now unrecognisable by our children.

Our Biodiversity Units are derived from different types of high-integrity wildflower-rich grasslands that reflect regional character and are ecologically appropriate.
