Social media community house rules

Eden does not, under any circumstances, allow bullying, abusive, obscene or aggressive language. We understand that disagreements are a natural occurrence in a diverse social space, and whilst we encourage healthy debate, we ask that all involvement is delivered respectfully.

Eden does not allow exclusionary, offensive language or hate speech in any form.

Content which we deem as purposefully provoking an emotional response, or is otherwise disruptive, repetitive or trolling will not be tolerated.

Any information shared which we deem to be false, misleading or fraudulent in nature will be removed.

Any posts or comments which compromise any user’s or employee's personal information will be removed.

Posts or comments which include adverts, links to other Facebook Pages, channels or websites, or promotional content are likely to be removed unless specifically relevant to the topic thread within which they appear.

We trust that you are who you say you are. However, if any comments or posts appear to be misleading other users or employees, they will be removed.

Except in the unlikely event that you have been tasked internally, please do not act as a spokesperson for the organisation. Only posts and responses given through the official Eden Project page can be trusted as accurate.
