1. Eligibility:
- Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
- Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
- Employees of the Eden Project and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The giveaway ends at midnight on Tuesday 17 December 2024 (GMT). Entries submitted after the entry period will not be considered.
3. Entry Method:
- To enter, participants must follow the instructions stated in the giveaway post.
4. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be announced by Thursday 19 December 2024 on the original post and will also be notified via direct message if possible.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after notification, the Eden Project reserves the right to draw a new winner.
5. Prize:
The prize consists of tickets to a general skate for up to four adults and four children.
This prize must be redeemed by 23 February 2025.
The winner must confirm their chosen day of visit and time slot to ice skate at least seven days ahead of their visit. Please note, time slots are subject to availability.
The prize includes entry to the Eden Project on the same day as the ice skating tickets are redeemed.
Children aged 8-13 years must have a parent or guardian available either on the ice or around the rink. Children aged 7 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the ice. Children under 18 months old are not permitted to skate during general skate sessions.
These prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. Privacy:
- The winner’s full name, email address and contact number will be required in order to process the prize and send booking details.
- Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Eden Project's privacy policy.
7. General Terms:
- The Eden Project reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all decisions made by the Eden Project are final and binding.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta.
