Terms and conditions: Locals’ Pass prize draw 2023

The winner of this competition is entitled to an Eden Project Shop hamper worth up to £50.

Fill in the survey via the link provided to all Locals’ Pass holders (aged 17+) in an email sent on 13 February 2023.
The competition closes at midnight on Sunday 19 February 2023. The winner will be notified within one week of the closing date.

• Entry is free and NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. One entry per ticket purchaser. Automated entries will not be accepted.

• There is one prize to be won. The prize comprises an Eden Project Shop hamper worth up to £50. One winner will be picked from all valid entries received from Locals' Pass Prize competition prize draws in February and will be notified via email within one week of the closing date.
• The prize is as described and there is no cash alternative. No other expenses are included as part of the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The draw will be independently witnessed and the first name drawn at random after the closing date will receive the prize as detailed above. If the winner cannot be reached the Eden Project reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner drawn at random.
• If you’d like to confirm that a winner was selected or would like find out more about how the winner was selected, please email hello@edenproject.com within eight weeks of the draw date for more details.
• By entering this competition, you are giving the Eden Project permission to contact you at a future date in relation to the competition.
• The prize draw is open to all Locals’ Pass holders aged 17+. Entrants must be 17 years of age or over.
• The Eden Project reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if deemed necessary.
• Entry into this prize draw is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
