Visiting Eden Project with your dog

Eden Project is the ulti-mutt destination for you and your furry best friend!

We welcome well-behaved dogs on leads throughout our 20 acres of beautiful outdoor gardens and now also in our main catering outlet - the Biome Kitchen, as well as the Core building and Cafe.

Why visit Eden Project with your dog?

Our unique setting provides a fun, interactive and social atmosphere for humans and their dogs alike, with a huge variety of places and spaces to connect with each other and enjoy the sights, sounds and scents of nature.

  • Dog-friendly Outdoor Gardens: Our 20 acres of beautiful outdoor gardens, with over 3,000 varieties of plants, are perfect for curious noses to explore, and will get those tails wagging.
  • Pet-friendly dining: Dogs are welcome inside our main catering outlet, the Biome Kitchen, and the Core Cafe so you can grab a bite to eat and relax together.
  • Water stations and rest areas: Dog drinking stations are located throughout the site and you can treat your furry friend to dog-friendly ice cream to to help pups stay refreshed and hydrated. There are also plenty of waste bins so you can take care of your dog's needs without any hassle.

Dogs can enjoy miles of outdoor paths at Eden but are not allowed in children’s play areas or the Biomes. If you'd like to explore the Biomes during your visit, you'll need to take it in turns with someone else in your group so your dog can be looked after outside this area.

Please ensure dogs are:

  • kept on a lead at all times
  • with you at all times, and never left unattended
  • only walked on paths
  • kept away from play areas
  • happy and relaxed - we reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any dog thought to be dangerous or aggressive
