Eligibility

• You must be a resident of Cornwall or Devon

You must be one of the following:

• Employed by the NHS
• Employed as a blue light worker
• Employed within the care industry – for example by the council or a care agency – to provide social care to adults or children in a care home or as domiciliary care
• A Blue Light Card holder

To prove your eligibility, please bring:

• Proof of employment (e.g. payslip or photo ID name badge or your Blue Light Card)
• Proof of residence in Devon or Cornwall

Eligibility

• You must be a resident of Cornwall or Devon

You must be one of the following:

• Employed by the armed forces
• The partner of someone in the Armed Forces
• A veteran
• A Cadet
• A civilian instructor

To prove your eligibility, please bring one of the following:

• Proof of employment (e.g. payslip or photo ID name badge)
• If your partner is away on deployment, please bring a Dependents’ Card, Family Card, payslip, or letter from the base where your partner is stationed
• For veterans, please bring proof of previous service in the Forces
• For Cadets, please bring in your Record of Service book (3822 for Air Cadets, and equivalent for Sea and Army Cadets)
• For Civilian Instructors please obtain an official letter from your Squadron, and bring this with you
• Proof of residence in Devon or Cornwall

• You must work for a charity

To prove your eligibility, please bring:

• Proof of employment (e.g. payslip or photo ID name badge)
• Proof of residence in Devon or Cornwall

Eligibility

• You must be a volunteer

To prove your eligibility, please bring:

• Proof of your voluntary position (e.g. welcome letter)
• Proof of residence in Devon or Cornwall

Eligibility

You must be based in Devon or Cornwall and one of the following: 

• Teacher
• Teaching Assistant
• Nursery, School, College and University Staff
• Home Educator
• Ofsted registered childminder

To prove your eligibility, please bring:

• Please bring along proof of employment (e.g. payslip or photo ID name badge)
• For home educators please bring a membership card or confirmation letter of your home education status (if possible)
• For Ofsted-registered childminders, please bring your Ofsted registration certificate
• Proof of residence in Devon or Cornwall
