Buying this Experience as a gift
Purchase the Experience as a gift using the button above. You will then receive a booking confirmation email, as well as an email that contains an e-voucher with a code. Forward the e-voucher to the recipient, or print it out to give to them, as this contains a unique code which they can use to book their Experience on a date of their choice.
If you are buying this gift experience as multiple presents, please purchase each gift as a separate transaction – this will ensure you receive individual e-vouchers.
How to redeem an e-voucher

You must redeem this gift within 12 months. We only release dates for this Experience several months in advance, so please contact premiumexperiences@edenproject.com if you are looking to book a date beyond those available online.
Yes, this Experience is accessible for adults and children over the age of 7 and the tour has fully accessible routes for wheelchairs. However, please bear in mind you will spend two hours in the Rainforest Biome, which is between 18–35°C and very humid, which can present a challenge to people of all ages. The tour involves considerable slow walking, which could be considered strenuous for some people. We have electric mobility scooters that are available for hire, subject to availability, and can be booked in advance.
If personal assistance is required for any participant, we welcome support guests. The support guest must be pre-booked and costs £20, which covers the complimentary gift pack, as well as full participation in all the activities during the Experience.

This Premium Experience starts at either 9.30am or 10am depending on the day of your visit and lasts 2¼ hours.
We recommend you arrive at our Visitor Centre half an hour before the start of your Experience. On arrival, you will be welcomed by our friendly team. Your tour guide will meet you in the Visitor Centre and this is where you will receive your complimentary gift bag.
Due to length of the tour, walking distance, style of the content covered and humid conditions in the Rainforest Biome, we recommend that this experience is best suited to children aged 11+. However, we welcome younger children from the age of 7, with a strong interest in nature and the ability to concentrate for extended periods.
However, if you would like a custom private tour suitable for younger children, this is something we may be able to facilitate – please email premiumexperiences@edenproject.com to discuss this with us.
As the Premium Rainforest Experience is designed for very small groups we encourage you to book online before they sell out. However, occasionally we do have spaces on the day, which you can book when you arrive.
As this Premium Experience is designed for groups of up to eight people, you will have to book eight slots to have it as a private experience. Please note, this experience is not suitable for children under the age of 7, but best suited for children aged 11+.

Allergy information for the chai making experience
You will be making black chai, using no dairy products, and all are gluten free and vegan. All spices are organic and ethically sourced.
The ingredients you will have the option to include in your chai blend are:
- Ginger dried root
- Turmeric dried root
- Cardamom cut up
- Liquorice root
- Peppercorn
- Cinnamon bark
- Lemongrass
- Cloves
- Loose black Assam tea
As part of this Experience, you'll receive some sustainable gifts including an Eden tote bag, an Eden-grown plant, a sustainable water bottle and one Eden guide book per booking.
